Introducing

I'd like to introduce my niece Mollie Mcguire Ward. Kathy gave birth to a 7lb 14 oz girl today. You have to wear a mask inside the hospital so swine flu in not spread. Here is my brother and I posing with our masks. Below is Mollie.

Holiday Fun

It all started with the ending of the advent calendar. The boys loved it. What a better thing than to have a piece of Chocolate everyday.

Our Christmas Gingerbread Train.

Christmas morning (actually Eve for us) Santa came early!

James only wanted a Wall E laptop and here he is opening it.
Thomas opening his Cars laptop.
Their new favorite game tire fishing!

On Christmas Eve at my Aunts house Santa Grandpa visited. The boys knew he wasn't the real deal!

Christmas Day at the fire station. Jason was able to drive the boys around the block in the fire truck. They were all smiles from ear to ear.
Thomas ride down the fire pole!
James' ride down the fire pole!

One of the firemen bought the boys this shirt. Classic!

Santa visited on Christmas Eve as Jason had to work Christmas Day. We went in the evening to The Wisdom's house and celebrated there. Christmas day included a trip to Jason's fire station again followed with dinner and more presents at my parents house. We will be going to Mammoth in January to celebrate with Jason's folks. Here are some pictures from both days. Enjoy! Hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

Trip to the Station

On Sunday we were able to visit Jason at work as the Firefighters for Christ and the explorers had a party. They went caroling, had dinner and Santa even visited. The best part of the night was Santa came and brought a stocking for each child. The boys eagerly opened their stocking and listed everything they got in it. (mind you the stocking was no bigger than my hand.) They then in sync shook their stocking, looked at each other, said what a second, ran back up to Santa and asked, " Where's our laptop?" Never a dull moment in the Hansen household! We had a great time though.

Thanksgiving and Jasons tree

This is the tree in our front yard! It looks like Disneyland. Jason spends a few days and thousand of lights! It is beautiful though. Cars stop and tell us what a beautiful tree.

This is out Christmas tree. Marcia and Craig came down for Thanksgiving and helped us get it and decorate it and our house. What a big help they were. It is nice that we are able to enjoy our decorations for the whole month! It was nice too because the boys really enjoyed visiting with them.Every time they woke up they would ask, "Are Grandma and Grandpa still here?" In the tree there is circle. It is a train and track that runs around the tree. What fun gadgets they make now.

In the front of our house we have a blow up Thomas for the boys. They love him.

Here are the boys with their Grandparents. We had a great time at Thanksgiving. We went to Jason's Aunt Ann and Uncle Jeff's house. It was a great dinner and they had 29 people there! Thanks for the great dinner Ann and Jeff.

The Best Santa

We think this guy really looks like Santa. He is the same one the boys have had their picture with every year. They are so excited for Santa and Christmas.

Cute Sayings

On Saturday we volunteered at our church making baskets for foster children and their families. The boys went along and were good helpers. As we were getting ready to leave I turned around and said, "do we have everything?"

The boys immediately looked at Aunt Kathy (who is Pregnant) and they said, "Aunt Kathy do you have your baby?"

We all giggled. Oh the innocence of a child!

A Day Out With Thomas

Today we went with Josh, Kathy and Kash to see Thomas the Train. We had a great time. It's nice for the boys to go places together. Unfortunately we don't have a picture on our camera of Thomas the Train. Oh well the boys are more fun to look at!
